I think this is still open but I haven't seen it active in almost a year.  *   Animegame.com Has a fabulous collection of cels. Really only carries higher quality cels so prepare to spend spend spend if you're looking to purchase something here  *   Anime-Cel.com This site carries lots of cels that are very affordable and has fun captions for each cel. Even if you're not looking to buy some cels, it's worth visiting just for some laughs.  *   Anime Link A small but exclusive selection. They update rather sporadically.  *   Asylum Anime Very very excellent selection of cels from many many shows. Has many very high quality cels. Don't update very often but make up for in quantity and quality of the updates  *   Celga.com The *BEST* thing to happen to a cel fanatic. These people will bid, for those of us who don't read japanese, on Yahoo! Japan for the cels of our desire for a small fee... absolutly fabulous!!  *   Nichibei Anime Club It has a lot of series but only updates twice or thrice a month and the updates are usually very small
